In Slow Flow, we integrate mindful movement with breath. Slow does not always mean easy, as we'll hold postures long enough to feel the flow of energy they create in the body, cultivating deep internal awareness. There will be 15 minutes of guided meditation at the end of our practice. This class is for all levels.
