A fun and meaningful bonding experience for you and your child. This beginner-friendly class introduces kids to the fundamentals of yoga in a fun and supportive environment. Along with accessible movement, each class includes simple breathing exercises and mindfulness practices to help kids feel calm, focused, and confident. Ages 5+.
