This all-levels class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and releasing tension through guided movement and stretching. We'll explore a variety of exercises that engage your core, from hips to shoulders, in full range and in all planes of motion. You will cultivate greater awareness of your breath and your body's natural movement patterns, supporting you to move with more ease and efficiency.
