In Slow Flow, we integrate mindful movement with breath. Slow does not always mean easy, as we'll hold postures long enough to feel the flow of energy they create in the body, cultivating deep internal awareness. This class is for all levels as modifications are always offered. Enjoy a 15-minute Sound Bath at the end of class.
