In this Vinyasa flow-style yoga class, we'll move through a dynamic practice that links breath to movement. Moving with intention, we'll cultivate a gentle internal heat as we build strength, flexibility, and balance. Experience deep peace and stillness with 10-15 minutes of silent meditation at the end of class. Open to all levels.
