In this prenatal yoga class, we’ll move through a supportive, thoughtfully paced practice designed to nurture both body and mind during pregnancy. Linking breath with gentle movement, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and stability while focusing on comfort and ease. Open to all stages of pregnancy and to all experience levels!
