In this mother-centered yoga class, we’ll move through a supportive, thoughtfully paced practice designed to nurture both body and mind. Linking breath with gentle movement, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and stability while focusing on comfort and ease. Post-partum friendly, open to all stages of pregnancy and motherhood, and all experience levels welcome!
